Welcome to my little site! This is a tool meant to help you narrow down your favorite animal. This site is intended to help people figure out what species to make their fursonas, but anyone can use it, of course!
Simply go through the test, selecting the animals that you like along the way. (You can base it off of animals you "relate to", or just ones you think are cool)! As you progress, the website will give you a numbered list of animals you've chosen, under the "Found Favorites" section, based on how much you like them / relate to them. In theory, your best pick will be the first one, but it will show you a ton of options, so don't worry if the first option doesn't work for you!
Seeing as there are a... LOT of animals, I had to group some of them together. For example, "Goats" comprises all animals in the tribe "Caprini", which also contains serows and muskoxes... which don't look like your typical goats! All birds and insects have also been broadly categorized (which hurts me a little as an entomology enthusiast, but there's just too many lmao). Some specific insects, fish and birds might be left out due to this categorization, but I'm choosing to trust that if your truest fursona option is, say, a firebrat, then you hopefully can figure that out yourself. Point is, while I did my best to include the more popular specific species that people may really want to see on here... it might be useful to google the categories a little yourself too, whether it be during the test or after it! (Because, seriously, who knew there were so many cool goats?) If an animal name is plural (songbirds, goats, etc.) it is likely representing a group.
All images were grabbed directly from Wikipedia, though the domestic dog is from pixabay... and exactly one image (the beetle) is my own, because I couldn't find any good ones.
